Custom Design & 3D Visuals
Once we’ve agreed on the direction, we’ll dive into the design process. This is where the magic starts to take shape.

We’ll design custom layouts tailored to your space and theme.

Our team will create 3D visual previews of your project, so you can see exactly how your attraction will look. You can even view the models with VR goggles to get a fully immersive preview.
Once you’re happy with the design, we’ll send you an interactive version so you can experience the entire project before production begins.

Proposal Confirmation & Deposit
When you’re satisfied with the design and ready to move forward, we’ll ask for a small, non-refundable deposit. This deposit covers the time and resources needed to prepare for production, and it will be credited toward your first installment once the project proceeds. We want to ensure you’re committed to the process, while still offering this design service as a courtesy.

Production
After confirmation, we move into production. This is where we build your attraction with precision and care. We use only the highest-quality materials and work with skilled artisans and technicians to ensure everything is built to last. The production process typically takes 3-4 months, depending on the scope of the project and our current workload.

Shipping & Installation
Once your attraction is ready, we’ll arrange shipping. Shipping quotes will be provided two weeks before pickup to ensure transparency. We handle customs brokerage for North American projects, making sure the process is seamless.
Our team will arrive for installation and work closely with you to set everything up. In most cases, your attraction will be ready for operation within 1-2 weeks of arrival, depending on the complexity of the installation.

Final Touches & Handover
Once installation is complete, we’ll do a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything is perfect. We’ll also offer training on how to manage and maintain your attraction so it continues to operate smoothly.
