Guests tap a branded key tag at each hole and their whole team appears, previous hole scores included.
Nothing to type twice, nothing to install.
The cup keeps count.
Every hole has a lit sensor cup. When the ball drops, the final stroke is added automatically and the turn closes.
No arguments over the scorecard.
Every hole celebrates.
A screen above each hole plays themed content by default and a short celebration for each turn — hole-in-one, birdie, par, bogey, double-bogey, or a good-natured "nice try".
HOW A ROUND WORKS
Guests play the way they always have.
The game keeps score.

Enter the team.
Up to four players, typed at the counter by an attendant.
The attendant hands over an RFID key tag.

Tag at every hole.
Each hole has a podium with a touch-screen at scanner.
One tap at the scanner recalls the team and their running score.

Play
Strokes go in with a single button. Course elements with sensors add bonuses.
The sensor cup adds the last stroke and closes the turn.

Celebrate
The hole screen and cup react to the result with light, sound and a themed animation clip.

Leaderboard
Displays at the entrance show the day's best rounds, hole by hole.

Digital Scoring can be designed into a UVA course from day one and installed by the same crew that builds it.
It is priced per hole, one time, with no required software subscription.
Scoring podium at every hole
Aluminum RGB illuminated podium, with a tablet in a locked kiosk mount and an RFID key tag reader.
LED sensor cup at every hole
Detects the ball, lights up, and reports the stroke.
55" screen at every hole
Themed content by default, celebration clips on every turn. Running scores updated live in the moment.
Leaderboard displays
Rank, team, per-hole strokes and totals for the day, at the entrance. 1 screen for a 9 hole course. 2 screens for 18 hole course.
Course hub and wired network
A small on-site controller drives every screen and keeps the scores.
Branded team key tags
Printed with your logo. One per team, reusable, and a souvenir if it walks.

Scoring podium at every hole
Hardware and software covered for twelve months from opening, with remote support from the UVA team through a secure link to your course.
Large spare parts kit to minimize downtime, with free replacements shipped if any are used during the warranty period.
Year two onward: optional plan
Opt in or out for ongoing coverage. 12 month terms, low monthly payment, or just carry on with your system as it is. There is no required subscription for ongoing operations.
Coverage includes software updates, remote diagnostics, and replacement hardware at cost, pre-configured so your own technician can swap it in minutes.
Wiring documentation and a swap guide come with every install.
